    Already said...motherboard has 4 usb ports 2 were used for 1st monitor 2 for mouse&keyboard. No usb port left for 2nd monitor

    PC wasn't used for a long time (probably 1-2 yrs ) tried turning on but it didn't so cleaned it checked the connections and this problem occurs.
