Update. When I disable CSM in UEFI and turn on REBAR. I only load straight back into UEFI. Cant get it to load into windows unless I turn off REBAR and enable CSM....

Any fan will work and NO you should really really not use the computer without a fan running on the radiator. While you are it, get a can of compressed air and maybe clean that dust out of the radiator.

When it comes to AIO`s it does not matter what brand you pick. Its the same company that makes them all and that is Asetek. Only difference is the plastic around the pump. The radiator and pump is all made by Asetek.
