As stated in my post I will also use this monitor to connect to my laptop for work. My MAC has a HDMI connection and thunderbolt that can use DVI or HDMI. I guess another option would be if thunderbolt supports a display adapter.

I removed the XMP profile and set the settings manually. The XMP had the voltage set to 1.5V. I looked up the specs of the RAM on the manufacture website and programmed them according to do. One of the settings included moving the voltage to 1.65. The box the ram shipped in said 1.5 so go...

I used the XMP profile which sets it automatically but I believe it set it to 1.5v. On my box the RAM came in it says 1866C9 1.5V
