Pretty sure the thermal limit set on those cards is 88 so 81 shouldn't be a problem. Not sure about why its hitting 100% though.

300w is pushing it but you can calculate how much your setup uses. the 750 ti uses 60W max, each stick of ram is like 15W, HDD is like 30? thats 135, if all you have other than those is motherboard those usually use 50-100. Fans shouldn't push you over 300

I'll check when I get home but I had an extra computer laying around and when I put the graphics card in the other computer it did the same thing once I updated the drivers, why I figured it was the GPU. The PSUs are both around 350W but they are old machines that don't use alot of power.

I was able to fix this. I think it had to do with Microsoft downloading an audio driver that was incompatible with my motherboard just had to redownload my computers chipset and audio.
