Do you have future frame rendering set to on? That adds little bit of input lag but helps with fps issues. I'd suggest that you stay patient for a while, the game will get better optimization. You would benefit from a cpu upgrade tho, my ryzen 5 2600x bottlenecks rtx2080 even on ultra settings...

Try turning off vsync in nvidia control panel. I7 6800k is more than enough for 1080 ti.

I doubt it could even handle fx 6300 on full power. I had fx6300 oced to 4.5ghz on asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0 which had vrm heatsinks and even with massive case flow (6x120mm fans at 1600rpm) temps were really high.

That motherboard cannot support that cpu. You are likely to see 100+ W draw on that and the motherboard is poorly designed with no vrm cooling at all. Once the cpu gets under load the vrms overheat and throttle the cpu.

Are all of your cores stable in prime95 and intel burn test? Run cinebench r15, you should have above 600 score in cb if your cpu is working right.

Did you check the temperatures and what motherboard do you have?

No other cards ofc :D I tried all of the generic methods before posting on the forum :/

I have a gtx 1050 ti with fx6300, it holds average 50-60 fps on 1080p with settings on low/medium in pubg and 150-200 fps in csgo on 1080p max settings. Beware of throttling with a slower cpu tho, 6300 is on 60-70% usage in pubg even with 4.4 ghz oc.

Pcie2 is x16 slot and pcie4 is x4 slot. I have tried with a couple of games, passmark benchmark and some other benchmarks and it stays the same :/

It's not only gpuz, Hwinfo also reads link speed at 2.5GT/s, pcie 2.0 speed would be 5.0GT/s. Does lower link speed have any impact on this gpus performance?
