I am stump between the two. The Siberia V2 is not 7.1 surround but by buying a soundcard is it able to produce (or emulate) 7.1 like the G430? Thanks!

It is a driver problem. This was known for many 290s / 290Xs out there. Are you using the latest driver?

UPDATE: Cooler Master replied and they have no option but to charge 80 Euros for large packages (UPS service). I am out of luck.
