At this point, I wouldn't spend a penny on anything unless it's today generation. The prices are dropping and the we actually have a supply to back it up. In this case I would say if it's not broken don't fix it. I checked and the difference between those two is 15% ish.

Can you tell us what version of Windows you have? is it updated fully? How about your install procedure. Did you shut the system down before you attempted to install it?

Your CPU voltage is 1.45v so you've OC'd your CPU then? This type of behavior seems like a issue with a CPU or RAM OC'. A bad RAM OC can explain the installing games crashes/restarts and the power cycling could be that and/ore a bad CPU OC. I would start by double checking the RAM sticks...

With such a small amount of difference go with the slightly better Motherboard. The $ per performance and "future proofing" is worth it. IMO if we were talking 50-100$ difference then I'd say no but for 20 bucks, it's worth.

Did these issues start after the recent 8.0.1 update by chance? Try going into Advanced settings and make sure that the API which is between DirectX 9, 11 and now 12 is on 11. Direct X 12 is causing issues with people and Nvidia/AMD systems. So TL;DR you want it @ DirectX 11. Also, each time...
