so i got a asus vg248qe 144hz monitor and now i need a display port i have a gtx 1060 6gb but i dont know what connector i can use that will work with my graphics card and monitor

i want to get a 144 hz monitor and the monitor i want to get is called: Acer GN246HLBid but it has Nvidia Lightboost technology and Nvidia 3D vision ready on it i dont know if that will work with my pc which has a amd rx 480 8gb + a intel cpu will me having a amd card make any difference?
