Sounds like your drivers may be out of date. Update your graphics driver with GeForce and the driver used for the controller as well.

You may want to remove your graphics card to plug those wires in. How did you try to power it on? With the button on the case? Because if you did, it won't turn on until you plug those little wires in on the bottom right.

What games will you be streaming? A lot of streaming has to do with your internet connection.
