Is there any upgrade for the dual core intel processor that's in my Dell optiplex 380? I don't have high hopes but I was just curious. I3, i5, i7 I know those but I am not sure how to go about looking for information.

I've tries installing every driver I've read to do basic and just for windows 7. It's really pissing me off. IT seems so damn simple. I install windows and download the stupid driver and then install the driver. How hard can it frickn be man... ugh.
