Graphic card bends slightly under its own weight.

It's pretty normal for that to happen with heavier cards, nothing to be worried about unless it's a really extreme case! Have you got any pictures of the bending/sagging? It happens with my GTX 970, but I've found that putting the power cables above the card helps slightly (like this). Anyway...

Difference between OEM and retail keyboard

The retail version will probably come in a prettier box, whereas the OEM version might be in a plain box. You also might not get a manual or software, etc... But that's not really a problem with keyboards! Other than that, Logitech might not provide as much support if you needed it. There's...

    Overclocking my monitor

Normally there's not that much headroom when it comes to overclocking displays. 66Hz seems pretty normal to me, and there's not much you can do about it with displays. I'd just keep it at 60Hz, unless you can really tell the difference and aren't too bothered about a possibly shorter lifespan...

4K gaming and WD Caviar Blue 2TB

It shouldn't affect actual gameplay or fps in games, it'll just affect loading times in games. Any decent SSD would load things much faster and give much better general system performance, but yes, it'll be fine for playing in 4K.

I might buy the wrong component please help!

Those parts will work for an upgrade, and it looks pretty good! If you won't be streaming much and mostly just gaming, I'd go with an i5 to save money. But the i7 will be better if you plan on streaming often. The only thing I'd definitely change is the power supply. The CX series is fairly...

Be quiet Dark rock pro 3 not so quiet?

If you're idling at such a high temp, I'd take the cooler off and check it's installed properly. Other than that, I'm honestly not sure but there's something strange going on there! The CPU is at stock speed/voltage, right?

Can I run two graphic cards at the same time?

Simply put, you can't. At least, for any noticeable difference in gaming you can't run them both at the same time. If your motherboard has two pcie x16 slots, you could run one as a PhysX card in some games, but the difference will be minimal. When I say minimal, I mean *very* minimal. So...

What are the specs of your pc? Including power supply, and the new graphics card!

    PC for friend

Yep, that should all work fine together! Looks like a pretty good build for the cost as well! I'd suggest getting a dual channel (2x4GB) memory kit instead of 1x8GB though, there should be some performance improvement in this for basically the same price. Don't forget about an OS as well!

    What screws for what parts?

Normally the only screws you'll need are the ones that come with your case (for the motherboard, drives, expansion slots, etc.. Your case should come with information on this as well, so it'll be easy to figure out which screws are for what once you get it. As for installation, you don't...

Under clocking ram from 3000 mhz to 2666 good or bad idea?

If you like the look of that RAM, or if it's cheaper than 2666Mhz kits, you'll be fine with it. If you don't care about looks and it's cheaper to get a 2666Mhz kit, just go with that.

Are both java 32 and 64 installed?

You just have the 32-bit version. The second image just shows you have a 64-bit processor and operating system, which is nothing to do with the java version. Unless you have a specific need for the 64bit version of java, you'll probably be fine with 32-bit. But if you really want 64-bit, you...

    iStarUSA drive cage drive compatibility?

Still, capacity doesn't come into it. It's compatible with SAS and SATA drives, up to SATA 3 but only SAS 2. Specs

    iStarUSA drive cage drive compatibility?

If the drive cages are 3.5" cages, they'll support the 6TB Seagate drives. Capacity has nothing to do with compatibility with the drive cages, as long as the cages are 3.5" it'll fit just fine Edit: I just checked, and the cages are for 3.5" drives, so yes the Seagate drives will fit. It...
