You could try plugging the keyboard/mouse into different USB slots. And also maybe reinstalling USB drivers?

Try reseating the GPU. This happened to my mom's computer and I looked up what was crashing and it was dwm.exe

Can you see if anything is stuck inside one of the ports on the GPU? It might see it as a connected monitor.

Are you sure you are getting much fps? Are you using a frame rate display software (does Minecraft have one built-in?) The keys don't literally stick do they?

You could try unchecking that then restarting at checking again.
