I disabled the CSM support and changed the platform key and now when I start the pc it does not POST. Fans are spinning and are dimming and coming back up periodically, and the screen stays black. How to fix?

Somehow, when games are on the setting 'Fullscreen', it caps my fps on 60, (while i set it on borderless and it becomes way much more) which is my monitor refresh rate. I tried checking the vsync options, and as much as i found everything surrounding it was off, anyone have any advice for me so...
