Question Can't create custom resolution, and DSR options gone from Nvidia Control Panel ?

i5-14600kf RTX 4080 Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 - 4k/165hz Hi, so I recently changed monitor to a Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 and my DSR options are gone, and the button to create a custom resolution is greyed out. I've tried it on another monitor and the option wasn't greyed out. My GPU driver is the...

[SOLVED] getting 1/3rd of the speed I'm paying for

Ok, I did also have QOS configured to prioritise downloads, I thought that would help my issue but I take it that enabling QOS makes the CPU look at each packet to guess what it's for which could've been causing high cpu usage?

[SOLVED] getting 1/3rd of the speed I'm paying for

I've done that and I'm getting speeds above 900mb/s, which is great! The only setting I want to configure is smart connect, which hides both 5ghz and the 2.4ghz bands and reveals 1 SSID that everyone connects to, and the router automatically moves devices around the bands to even out...

[SOLVED] Connection grinding to halt randomly for subset of devices on network

Router: TPLink Archer C4000 Firmware 1.0.3 (latest) I'm a complete novice when it comes to networking, so forgive me if I haven't tried an obvious troubleshooting step. All the troubleshooting I have done, I have included in this post. The troubling thing about this issue is it seems really...

Question My PC died, then came back to life. How did that happen?

It probably was my OC, I can barely a hertz over without it dying under stress. I've never had such a bad chip. Also I did unplug from the mains, multiple times, and even held down the powerbutton for 1 minute to drain any residual power. None of it worked.

[SOLVED] PCIe network cards don’t fit

View: https://imgur.com/a/9DYbqjE I can’t understand why neither card properly fits into my this micro tax case. The red card doesn’t fit at all, but the black one fits only with a slight push when I’m screwing it in. I have tried 4 cards over 2 days now and none fit properly. Some expansion...
