    Why will my pc not turn on?

    Check that the switch on the back of the power supply is turned on. It's a safety switch that shuts off all power flow. It could be why.

    Did you plug the monitor into the GPU? Sometimes new builders accidentally plug the monitor into the motherboard and end up getting a lot less performance than they thought they would.
