Thanks for the insight. I felt that the issue at hand was beyond my paygrade, but I wanted to be sure that it wasn't something that was right in front of me.

We swapped it around and for some reason it worked! It's my friends pc and he lives an hour drive away, really appreciate the help. We spent some time googling around and nothing was helping. Thanks again.

I have 16gb of OLOy OWL Ram, DDR4 3000 MHz, R5 1600AF CPU, GA-A320M-S2H MOBO Windows 10 on Silicon Power 500gb M.2. Does anyone know why the ram isn't working like it should? Is it a compatibility issue?

GPU, PSU, RAM are all known functioning. If CPUs are rare to be DOA, it's probably the motherboard.

CPU is in the cpu cooler, everything is plugged in correctly. Fans and lights spin up, but no post or beeping,. Could that mean MOBO or CPU?

If it lights up and fans spin up does that meant hat the CPU could be DOA or the motherboard? I know the RAM is functional.

It's a system file for an anti-cheat that I can't delete, i need it deleted cus it's a duplicate.

Was installing a new case fan into PC- Fairly old 120mm case fan on my side panel. I boot it up and the fan starts spinning, but it was caught on something and was hitting it.
