[SOLVED] I can't delete a file, says it's running in a program. How to find which program is running it?

I need to delete a file, but it says it's running in another program. I went through task manager, then the resource manager, and searched up the file, and it says no program is running it. What do I do? I'm on windows 10.

It's a system file for an anti-cheat that I can't delete, i need it deleted cus it's a duplicate.

You can try and delete it in safe mode.

Sometimes it happens. when you are running that in background & want to delete. First close that task from task manager & then after try to delete. If still you find the error then shutdown the system & re-start it, & then try to delete.

You can point out the task with an unlocker program such as iobit unlocker (be sure the decline crapware offers)
