My Adata CH11 1TB external hdd USB 3.0 is very slow in windows 10 it only stable at 39-40MB/s while on windows 8.1 it goes up to 110MB/s what is the problem. I installed all my laptop drivers. (DELL 5521) yes i plug it in USB3.0 Port(the blue one).

why is the processor speed on task manager and cpuz are different also in AMD overdrive core 0 and 1 is 3893Mhz and core 2 and 3 is 1901Mhz? this is strange. see Picture below

yes but first remove the graphics card

maybe you installed a wrong/identical driver.try downloading your latest audio driver. did you try to uninstall in control panel(all realtek associate programs) and device manager?

make sure the that the video card is seated properly and you connect the power cables 6pin/8pin to video card. see if you connect the monitor cable to videocard not in onboard graphics.

sorry i just accidentally click the best answer. but for me nothing is impossible, i just salvage 2 micro capacitor chips(same size) from my old video card and i successfully soldered it in the motherboard using a puller and my tiny soldering iron. the motherboard seems fine. iv'e been stress...
