My mic suddenly stopped working, I thought it was my headset. I tried to use the jacks on the motherboard (back of my case), mic still doesn't work and the sound has a lower volume compared to the front jacks. I tested my headset + mic on a laptop and it works. Is having two drivers causing me problems? How can I solve my mic issue? After installing realtek, it keeps on popping up that I just inserted a headphone/mic.
I tried to uninstall the sound driver because I'll try to reinstall it and in the device manager there are two drivers: AMD High Definition Audio Device and High Definition Audio Device. I tried to uninstall them and after rebooting they're still there. How do I uninstall these drivers. More importantly, how can I fix my mic issue?
