I agree with ohio_buckeye. But there is advantages and disadvantages. Phenom IIs lacks newer instructions and some newer games won't even launch if you use it. On the other side, although worse for gaming, FX 4300 has newer instructions so it can launch some games that Phenom II can't.

There is no "fix" for that. It is what it is. 1.80 is base clock, while that 1.99 is current clock speed. If you open many programs it will go up. It will go as high as 4.6 but only single core, not all cores.

Thanks. I never use old APUs so I didn't know the 3rd party monitoring softwares are always gives wrong readings. I tried AMD Overdrive, unfortunately it always crash after opening the program.
