I just want to thank everyone for helping me. I got the build running flawlessly with an HD 4850. Runs better than I imagined.

What you have there looks good. You might want to consider an ATi HD 4870 or better yet hold off until the direct x 11 cards come out which should be in a few months.

To start off, you're not going have a decent gaming PC at that pricepoint. You're probably better off with a console. If you really want PC, just build something that you can upgrade slowly after time. Don't buy cheap parts as it will end up costing you more in the long run.

Well it wont take too much to build a computer that will run those games. Pretty much any dual core over 2Ghz and a 9600GT graphics card. Look for some stuff and then post it and we can figure something out. Look for these companies: Asus, GigaByte, PC Power and Cooling OCZ, cooler master.

So I'm going to get a mid size tower with ATX so I think physically that It will fit, but apparently you need to change the voltage and the timings. Exactly what am I supposed to set it to? I understand it's different for every system but how do you know if you set them right...

The Black Edition in Canada is about a $20 difference. I know the BE is better but I'm saying that's it's hardly anything noticable.
