Hi I was trying to ignore this but it's really annoying plus that some adware shows up on my browser no matter I'm running windows or android or even iOS, it appears when I connect to my router using wifi or lan and browse some web sites. is there anything I could do to see what causes this...

As I mentioned it before it's not only my PC facing this problem, I have the problem even on my phone running android lollipop, so it's so unlikely that a virus caused the problem. However I did several scans with different apps but nothing was wrong. I did a factory reset too.

try ping an address in cmd(not ip) with a -t command : ping google.com -t see if delays are fine. and make sure you haven't set any proxy servers in browsers. specially in IE.
