So I've got a laptop that I've had for 5 years now. It came with Windows 7 but I manually installed Windows 10 on it. I had to enable fast startup because it would take too long to startup otherwise. It wouldn't let me access the BIOS but I could restart whenever I needed to do that, since...

So both CPU-Z and the Windows Task Manager show my clock speed as higher than that. I guess I have nothing to worry about :wahoo: I'm still curious to know what the other speed is though.

This might sound like a noob question but this is what I'm getting In all of the previous machines that I've owned (which were all laptops), I had the base clock speed on the left and the turbo speed on the right. But that clearly isn't the case here. I have turbo boost enabled in the BIOS...
