Update: Played a full match (got first place actually) on PUBG, highest temperature recorded was like 75ish or 76ish, but as far as I saw when I was tabbing out my CPU was chilling in the 60s to low 70s just jumping back and forth. Average of 65, I'd said. Water temp was 46.5 when I finished.

Think I may have figured out some of the issue. Corsair link's app was set on Balanced, so the pump was only running at 800ish RPM. I'm not sure what it -should- be running at, but I've seen on forums people saying 1800 or so. I changed the profile to Performance and it shot up to 1700s...
