I copied a 2 TB SSD to a 4 TB SSD but I cannot get the unused space free. When I click on the drive, Expand Volume is grayed out. Is there a 3rd party program to fix that problem or is there something in Windows I can do?

I ended up doing a factory reset. I was able to get the printer connected to the wired network without it crashing but for some reason, the wireless connection would not work even though it was connected (kept showing up at 169.254.X.X). The printer drivers were re-installed and so far so good.

I am trying to help a teacher with his online classroom setup. When he uses Google Meet with his webcam and then tries to use an Elmo Document Camera the microphone on the webcam gets muted. I can't find a reason why this is taking place.
