    Does the PC recognize that their is a GPU installed? Also, have you tried installing all drivers you can find for that? If that still doesn't work, maybe try a BIOS flash to a previous version to see if it then recognizes the card. If none of those work, could be a problem with your motherboard..

    It could be, but i highly doubt that is the issue. Have you tried removing the GPU and running from intergrated graphics?

    Try using your integrated graphics and see if the problem persists. If not, I am almost certain it is a GPU problem. Best of luck to you!

    is your RX 470 a base model? If not who is your model manufactured by? It could be a driver update. I've seen people getting high temps until they reverted to a previous driver and then got better temps. Maybe try that?
