Thank you. I was able to get it connected. My phone was asking to turn off the Data Saver which I had a little difficulty finding. But now I can't find the standard USB ports to charge my phone by my laptop. There are a couple of ports, but none on my NEW laptop have standard USB ports...

Recently purchased an overpriced Dell Inspiron 16 5620 and am challenged setting up a mobile hotspot. I get the message "We can't set up mobile hotspot bc your PC doesn't have an Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular data connection." Don't know how to proceed. Need help. Thanks.

Yes. I did search for the files: in this case, the Word 2013 files. All of my saved Word files. They appear to be gone. The current file of Word 2013 is empty except for one document that I am working on now.

Thanks, Ralston18. To access the missing files, I go to the yellow folder titled "My Computer." I open up the Word 2013 files only to find that app 100% empty. No error message. My OS is Windows 10. I will give ccleaner a try. What does this cleaner target? Thanks. Mike
