Ok I spoke to a seasonic support technician and he said to rma it. So I thinking of buying a new psu and see if if I can send it back. PS: I did connect a case fan to the PSU when it happens and all shutdown.

I just spoke to one of the agent and they said that they only give 90 days. I bought it from Amazon and if I speak to seaconic and they offer replacement, how do I get it to them if the shipping agent will not accept it? Sorry for being a noob about this but would like the get something back...

Well I bought it 4 months now and the shipping company allow packages to be returned 30 days or less so not sure if I will be able to return it :(

The problem seems to be solved. Though it was a faulty cmos battery so I took it out and went to buy one returned 2 hours later and reinstalled the same original battery it see if it was indeed the battery but it turned out that the bios just wanted resetting. So it worked great the past two...

Not sure if that will work as my system instantly shutdown completely not like a normal reboot so the software may not work. But I run bout 30 min yesterday gaming and it didn't last 15 min today. I will test it out again later and update to suit.

Nope haven't tried it.. Now I have a next prob... I powered it up normal and it boot to windows, started playing game about 10-15 min then it shutdown randomly, while I was gaming, then it turned back on and booted back into windows and I left it sitting on for bout 5 min then it shutdown down...

I sometimes connect to the same socket on ups and it worked normal as there's two available socket out of 4 and 4 that works with the battery. Update: I left it unplugged for bout 45 min when writing this and it booted up normal and now it can continue playing need for speed payback. But still...

Well I have my ups power surge connected to same socket and it worked last two weeks fine so always disconnect the plugged whenever I'm not using the PC.
