I was able to fix it. :) The laptop refused to boot from the Win11 install disc, but did boot from the Win10 install disc. Then I chose to repair my computer during startup and the problem was solved.

In the end, I gave up the SATA3 ports on an additional Marvell controller and bought a 2xSATA3 controller on the PCI-e connector. The transfers for the SSD disk are a little better, and for the HDDs are practically at the same level as it was by the Marvell controller in the IDE emulation mode:

Maybe TRIM is not that important since you get your computer running faster?

It is interesting that my colleague who runs a computer shop and service said that he had installed Windows XP on SSDs for his clients more than once.
