How Well Do Workstation Graphics Cards Play Games?

Are these cards so expensive because fewer people need to buy them, or do they really have that much more tech in them?

Review my build before I buy the parts tonight please?

There are cheaper shroud style 660 ti cards that you can look at such as this one from PNY. Maybe you still prefer the EVGA model but I would at least consider a cheaper one. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B008TN8782/?tag=pcpapi-20 Also, you really don't need to spend $80 to get a 600watt psu unless...

Upgrading Intel HD Graphics, $50 Budget

Any way you can sell your giftcard on something like cardpool and save your money until you can get a radeon 7750? Its going for $89 on amazon. You could try the 440, I just think sub 30 fps is going to put you at a huge disadvantage against people getting 60+ at all times.

Upgrade from 660 TI to 680 Worth It?

Ultimately it is up to your personal preference. Personally I would lower a few graphics settings just slightly to hit 60fps average before I spend money on a new card in the same generation. I believe the GTX 670 FTW should average you between 60-70 fps maxed settings in Crysis 3.

Upgrading Intel HD Graphics, $50 Budget

You will not get a consistent 30fps in battlefield 3 on medium presets with a 440. If even at all. Even the 640, you will probably get frustrated pretty quickly by the low framerates.

    Looking into an alienware m17x.

I bought a gaming laptop a couple years ago... it is not worth it imo. A 17" gaming laptop will be big and heavy, it will not be very portable, which is the main reason to get a laptop. They produce more heat, offer a FAR worse value, and cannot be upgraded. The one situation you should get a...

Advice on a new gaming build? (3570k and 7950)

If you have a little more money why not replace that Asus monitor with the ASUS VG248QE? It costs more, but it does 144hz which will really allow you to take advantage of that 7950.
