new motherboard. new gpu. new cpu. tried that doesnt help.

All drivers are installed apart from the bios. No errors. Ran benchmarks and they are normal. Lags the same on low as on high settings. Doesnt change in intensity when i change settings.

So i unparked my cores and things sto be running way better. But my cpu temps are shooting up to 55C regularly is this safe?

GPU stays around 60C and CPU around 45C.
