Do the sellers update the bios before they sell the board?

Alright thankyou :), i was looking at that one but was not too sure if it would be updated out of box.

I'm trying to find a motherboard that is compatible with a 3rd generation i5 3330 out of the box on the 1155 socket however all the ones i can seem to find need a bios update to be able to work with any 3rd generation processor but i do not have a 2nd generation processor to put in to update the...

Its an old motherboard (2012) i think so definately can't rma. Are you sure that its definately from the motherboard and not something else?
