Hello, I've got a USB flashdrive which is not showing up in "Devices and drivers". I can see it in device manager tho. I checked the volume in command prompt, and it says it's offline. But I can not change it to online. What should I do?

Hello everyone, So I bought a new PSU (600W) instead of the old one and it takes minutes to boot up and in general it respnses very slowly. I'm suspecting that I connected the Sata 5 cable instead of the sata-6 one. Can I be correct? Edit: just checked and the Disk is constantly at 100%
