Question Cannot set volume to "Online"

Hello,
I've got a USB flashdrive which is not showing up in "Devices and drivers".
I can see it in device manager tho.
I checked the volume in command prompt, and it says it's offline.
But I can not change it to online.
What should I do?

Does the drive work on a donor system? If so, you might want to run a malware scan on the USB device. On another note, see if you're current system is on the latest BIOS update and mention the version for your OS.

it did not work on multiple computers.
the thing is that i can not see it except the device manager, so i cant run an antivirus on it
when i try to online the volume, it says:
"DiskPart could not online the selected volume"
