I currently have a Single 8GB Stick that is XPG D30 3000mhz I was looking to get another 8GB stick but I’m getting XPG D30 3200hz for almost the same more should I get it or will it cause any problems?

Ethernet lights on the motherboard are working so I thought maybe the powersupply is fine as the motherboard is getting power.
