    So I purchased a pre-built PC last year and it came with Windows 10 Home but I am building a PC by the end of the month and I am still lost on how to transfer the license for Windows 10 to the other PC which will have dissimilar hardware entirely. Here is the PC build minus the OS

    I want to play Destiny 2 on PC, and yes it has been leaked and confirmed (Source Here -> LINK) Anyways, assuming that it will be running on Vulcan / DX12 I would like a PC capable of running a said modestly optimized PC game on DX12/Vulcan with at least a 60 FPS minimum, ONLY because I do play...
