I found the issue, and I found a solution for all ryzen temperature spikes! Now my cpu sits idle at 37 in a not cooled room. Problrm was that the pump was set to quit at 900 rpm which wasn't enough for the cpu as the 3800x is a power hungry one. I set it up to balanced on 1700 rpm dropped temps...

Update: So I took off the battery let it sit for 10 mins re-applied new liquid metal above ihs installed fresh windows 10 pro enabled xmp didnt overclock left it on stock except voltage to offset mode -0.1125 and now computer is at its best with temps low as 37 degrees stable and on cinebench...

I have a 3800x and having bad temps so high frustrating me I tried to do offset temps on -.100 and pc won't boot past bios it crashes. I tried lowering voltage to 1.275 it works but temps still high idles at lowest 44 degrees and spikes to 62 and im using a corsair h150i water cooler
