Yea i updated it to latest bios already forgot to mention. I managed to fix problem, just by reinstalling RAM, first by 2, then added 3rd and then 4th (with booting in between to check if system is recognizing all ram) and now it uses all 6 gb of ram. Thank you all for help :)
