I made many other attempts at solving the issue, but hardly any had seemed to work like just disabling NVIDIA Quadro P2000. Uninstalling it also worked, but I felt that just disabling it would be less extreme than uninstalling it.

Okay, thank you for the information. A somewhat related question: what if you were to remove the HDD and store it away with the cables and bracket still attached to it? Would it affect the drive in any (positive or negative) way?
