How to give more space to C:

I did this recently i am also on windows 10. The only way i could do it was through a 3rd party program. This is the one i used everything seems to work fine. http://www.partition-tool.com/easeus-partition-manager/extend-system-partition.htm

Is a 2GB Video Card enough?

Depends on the card and the game. For example a 750ti 2gb is a decent starting card. Where as a 750ti 4gb is a waste of money because the 750ti isn't strong enough anyway to use all 4gb.

When will the nvidia gtx 1080 ti version come out?

For the base 1080ti i would say a couple monthes after the intial release of the 1080 Then for the factory overclocked versions i would say a few monthes after the release of the 1080ti.

Finding a new game to play - RPG/CO-OP

You could look at elder scrolls online which is more closely related to your previous games listed or even if you wanted to change up the games you could look at dark souls 3. It allows for 3 people to fight together to fight pve/pvp.

    Is SLI worth it?

I think you should go with the 980ti sli. I don't think pascal will be released soon at least not the gaming cards since we have not seen any yet and all we have seen is a model of the workstation card.

    4k tv or monitor?

4k monitor will have a faster response time as well as generally look better due to the smaller size. Depends really on how far away you are sitting. If you are close up then a monitor but if you are on the other side of the room then you will want to get something larger like a tv.

ASUS HD 7970 Crossfire, time to upgrade

Division doesn't support sli and i dont have the newest tomb raider. Crysis is easy to run and so is the division it will be a while before i can come back with exact numbers but both run quite well.

ASUS HD 7970 Crossfire, time to upgrade

I use 2 titan x's (only slightly better than a 980ti) in sli and i get constant frames above 60 at 4k. I recently played BF4 max settings and i was averaging 70fps. I don't believe we will see gaming cards until 2017 for pascal. Considering we haven't even see a working pascal card yet and they...

    GTX 960 dedicated physics x Question ?

Physx isn't used by many games and i dont think it would be worth it. Honestly i would think that the 980 sli would provide good enough fps in the few games that use it that the 960 would make a minimalistic difference. Also here shows the power draw for crysis 3 during full load it drew 304...

    New computer build

I personally use the corsair storm trooper. It is a full tower so it will be quite large. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16811119297

Good CPU/OK GPU vs Bad CPU/Good GPU

Definitely the 4460 and the 960 would never even suggest a 4350 ever.

Tom Clancy The Division Optimization and SLI

I dont think it supports sli i was playing a few weeks ago with titan x's in sli and i almost had a seizure due to the extreme flickering textures. So hopefully soon we can get proper sli support.
