    I would get rid of Kaspersky Then use their removal tool to remove the rest of it I would also uninstall Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. One of its files IOCBIOS.sys is 8 yrs old

    I dont think an NVME will work. Since the mobo doesnt have an M.2 slot So you wont be able to boot from the NVME ssd

    They may use different chipsets, have different hardware, and drivers so it may still crash Depends if it activates or not. I have no idea

    Win7 doesnt support USB 3 when you install, it. Plug the keyboard and mouse into a USB 2 port

    Depends what the old and the new system is If the old is AMD and the new is Intel then nope. Do a clean install. Otherwise, you've got a 50/50 chance of it crashing
