    Oh, sorry for the confusion, but no, that doesn't work. When I click update drivers, it just gives me the error message again. That's the whole issue.

    Let me clarify, whenever I plug in my keyboard it gets recognized as an unknown device. I can't use that specific keyboard for some reason, and am trying to get it to be recognized again, but I need help on how to go about this

    @rolli59 For my usb device or my motherboards usb ports? I'm not sure what to install in regards to my motherboard (Ga78lmt-usb3), and my keyboard doesn't require drivers

    Wow, my laptop situation is confusing. I forgot it plugged in for a few days, and it somehow charged to 47%, and works without being plugged in. It will charge under very specific cases from what I see. I need to turn it off, and boot it off the charger for it to charge, and to unplug and work...
