    Thank you for your reply. Yes I am plugged into my gpu. I used both my dvi and a hdmi cable on my gpu and I tried using the one on the board just as a last effort to see if anything happens.

    So a friend picked up a HP omen prebuilt from amazon and it just came today and inspected it, upon receiving it he noticed a screw missing and asked me what it was and it was the screw to one of the VRM heatsinks.     The aio is 4 and the fans are 3. I never got this error on my old bord tho. (Asus z170 pro gaming w i7 6700k)

    View: https://imgur.com/gallery/AYFgpBr Im pointing to the top one and it is slightly warmer but the bottom one i think is just colder because of airflow from the fans. I just let it sit idle for 15 min with the side panel off so heat from the gpu's wont affect them .
