My 580 won't boost up to its base clock. I am playing CS and it wont boost to its 1360MHz speed. I don't have on vsync or any frame limiters and it is not overheating. I have tried doing a fresh install of my drivers using DDU. Any Ideas? or Anyway to lock my cards speed in game?
