I found a site listing that as a potential fix. This didn't work. I ended up upgrading to windows 11 as a hail-mary, and it worked. I'm not sure what to say about this but I'm glad it's fixed.

I have the most current bios. I updated it with no fix. In addition, I have no audio working through my USB sound card either. This is bizzare.

Thanks. I'm currently daisy chained to the pump fan header because i read it has higher amps output, but couldn't verify that info. It seems to be working fine. I had the temp sensor set to core temp. I'll have to see which sensor is for the motherboard.
