Currently I have a Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card The ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX was one suggestion for me but is there any other motherboards that are better ? Preferably under $100 please.

I just recently purchased a GTX 950 FTW edition GPU. However my motherboard is an old LGA 775 ASUS P5G41T-M LX MBoard, making the Core 2 Extreme X9770 the best option for 775 socket. Should I keep this CPU and motherboard or upgrade to something like an i5-4460, i5 6400 or i5-4440.
