A big one, because the Pentium is dual core. The i3 is as well, but due to its HyperThreading, it registers as a 4 core in windows. GTA V and Fallout 4 among other games cannot run on dual cores like the Pentium, but will run at low/medium settings on an i3 due to the weird optimization issues...

I would go Haswell, but if you can, wait it out and see what AMD Zen FX chips cost later this year. They are projected to be the same price as an skylake i5 with very similar performance but with double the cores. The 8320E isn't worth it, as the chip is very outdated.

Ditch the CIT PSU. Spend a bit more and get an EVGA, Antec, SeaSonic, XFX, or Thermaltake ToughPower. Those are quality units.

Get a Noctua NDH15, then fill all fan slots in case with Noctua Industrial fans. That's the highest Air cooling you could get!

The i5 comes with thermal paste preapplied. The 8350/8320/8320E's cooler is s###, and should not be used. Get a 212 evo, which includes paste.

The 4460 is faster than the 6350, as a matter of fact. You want the best gameplay, get an i5. They destroy any AMD core (as long as they are above 3.2 GHz).
