i think you cpu cooler is overkill. use stock cooler and get 4690 and get a H97 mobo. there are good h97 mobo for less then 100$. get a ssd 120 gb minimum for system drive.

What cpu do u have now and mobo ?

anything above 750 and r7 250 needs pcie power connection. Only lower tdp and weak GPU gets power from mobo.

Nope they wont fit in your current motherboard. you need a new one with 1150 socket with z97 or z97 chipset. if you go for non k verson of cpu than you can get h97 or h87 chipset. your current mobo is socket 1155 and I think you had a branded pc.

or get a R7 260X. but that will need much power than 750.

there are two things 1. your mobo can have two gpu. 2. dont buy two weak gpu in crossfire or sli. instead use one more powerfull. that make sence i would say buy a R9 280 or an gtx 960 since price of both these card is almost twice than r7. go for r9 only if your psu can power this Gpu otherwise...
