Ok. I just watched some game benchmarks of new games like Wukong, stalker 2 etc.. they tend to give less than 60fps on 2k while able to give 60fps with 4070 super. AMD GPUs failed with UE5 games, gave very low frams than nvidia and there r so many UE5 Games coming in 2025.. So in a year or so...

With the monitors hdmi 2.0 version the refresh rate is limited to 144hz.. Here I'm thinking, HDMI port if used AMD GPU to get freesync premium or Adaptive sync to work and Display port for Nvidia Cards. So now I can use Display port with AMD GPU and enable adaptive Sync..
