Gpu usage is in between 65% to 80% while cpu usage sits around 30%

Cpu temps sit in the mid 50's and Gpu temps are low 60's

Now I know my 1700x is bottleneck but I seen people with a 1700x and gtx 1080 get better frames then what im getting.
